Coming up on 3 years in the industry, got my feet wet doing valuation at one of the big shops now doing industrial development at a small but growing firm. The way I see my path progressing at my current co is becoming a market officer executing developments in a certain geography but seemingly every region is already covered. LP side of the business is enticing to me.
