Career Paths Out of Undergrad???

Hello, Im a current high school senior looking to focus my academic efforts and goals for college next year. Im very interested in working for myself at some point, creating a small group in real estate acquisitions buying, flipping and holding properties long term. I have previously been interested in IB and S&T but have read enough to realize that the IB lifestyle is nonexistent and S&T seems to be a dying industry. So within RE, what specific careers and types of firms should I target as a starting point out of undergrad (ideally wall street level compensation/prestige) to gain the skills and network of likeminded people to perhaps partner with while later setting out on my own?
