Carlyle real estate team structure
Curious if anyone knows the overall structure of their teams as someone told me it’s changed recently but not certain. I was under the assumption that they have a dedicated AM team, then an acquisitions team which does SOME AM for the deals they close, but 90% of the focus is pure acq, with this being a 2 year contract. Does anyone have any additional insight into if this is how it’s structured? Do they also have a dedicated PM team? Thanks!
