I haven't had much luck searching this topic for the real estate funds. Does anyone have any insight on time of the year, headhunters/recruiting firm, associate/pre-mba associate recruitment process?

rets associates (http://www.retsusa.com/) is one of their recruiters. they just raised a substantial fund, so i know they are looking for people. From my experience/friends that i know they are not big on pre-mba associates. obviously there are exceptions but tend to want the target mba's for associates.
ive seen them use bellcast in the past specifically for their RE group. no information on the process, but I believe they held first rounds very recently
