Definitely a known entity in Atlanta - one of the first major development firms from back in the day.
They are building a https://summerhillatl.com/</a">massive development/redevelopment downtown where the old Braves stadium is.
Asking what the exit ops are from a development firm is kind of weird though. The exit op from development is development.
