CBRE vs JLL vs CW: Office Culture

Trying to transition into CRE and wondering what the work environment is like at their New York City offices. Looking for an idea of what the brokerage side and training would entail and if there are major differences between the firms.

Any comments on what it’s like to work at the big ones would be appreciated. Thanks.
