CenterPoint - Thoughts?
Anybody have any idea on Comp and what this firm is like. I know they’re an industrial real estate developer. Please share any info you may have.

Which office? Most of the west coast team left over the past year. They were VERY active up and down west coast past 24 months.
Not sure what comp is like but acquisitions guys did well I believe. They are wholly owned by CALPERS so I think only opportunity is base/bonus and fees, no promote (could be wrong).
Chicago and nyc?
