I have a friend in the NYC office who works there and really enjoys it. Asset management hours around 50-60, acquisitions hours are 60+ but it is not a sweatshop. Seems to enjoy the firm and has been there for quite a while.

In NY they always have a position available it seems. Probably just natural attrition/turnover of such a large shop.
Have heard not so great things about that role/location.
Do you mind adding more color to this? Have heard that their culture wasn't very forgiving, but that was from years ago.
