Clarion Partners Sr. Acquisitions Analyst Interview

Have an in-person interview with Clarion Partners for a Sr. Acquisitions Analyst role. Anyone have any insight on their process / best ways to prepare?

Yeah - they're trying to fill a lot of roles in all of their offices
Bonuses just got paid, people bounced. Also, AUM is up pretty significantly over the past few years
I interviewed for this position last week.
What was the excel/case study like? I'm assuming some sort of value-add or ground-up acquisition that shows cash flows and a waterfall of some sort?
