Client Services Intern Interview- CBRE

Could anyone suggest me what to prepare for the CBRE Client Services intern position interview in Sacramento office? any exp to share or any ideas?

Here's what they posted, "An entry level position to research and assist brokers in investment property and commercial real estate. 20 hours per week. A temporary position for 180 days which we would like to see evolve into a permanent position."

I dont have much interview exp, and not sure what should I prepare.
