CMBS Capital Markets Exit Opps

I've seen a number of threads about CMBS origination exit opps, but haven't seen anything about capital markets.

Let's assume that I'm working within CMBS Capital Markets at a BB. Has anybody heard of anybody successfully moving from that group?
