Co-Warehousing
Anyone have any experience with it? If so, what amenities do you include and what kind of premium do you get over market rent for general warehousing and distribution? There continues to be strong demand for small spaces and a lack of supply, so seems like carving up a larger building in this manner may work, just also seems like a management headache.
