CoGP / LP Investors

Does anyone have any recommendations for groups that will invest as a CoGP and/or LP investor for mid-large sized opportunities?  A client of mine specializes in Multifamily Ground Up Development and Value Add Investing in SoCal and Central Texas. Partners have over a decade of institutional investment experience and an in house general construction firm with over 30 years of experience.

Any groups I should reach out to to make an introduction?
