A lot of people are talking about a lack of supply while demand has been incessant. I've acquired a couple food-grade/cooler/refrigerated buildings but am by no means an expert.
Does anyone have access to learning resources for the space? idk if academic papers is the right term but some type of material laying out players, desired functionality in warehouses, supply chain dynamics etc... In short; resources that explain what makes the product type tick.
