I am batting above my league and interviewing for a role where I would head office acquisitions in LA area. I have extensive experience with underwriting, but I was wondering if anyone can point me to or walk me through the closing steps and processes for office buildings. Anywhere I can find a DD checklist would also be great. Gonna learn as much as I can!
