Commercial real estate investing

Hello all,

I have a question. What are the must know info or details before putting down an offer? Also, do buyers tour the properties? Lastly, in CRE, do buyers usually use an agent?

thanks

To answer this as politely as possible - you must understand the asset and your investment goals before you put an offer down. You should probably Google this topic as well and find much more information, but the reality is you need to understand how value is generated by the asset and how that value fits in with your own investment strategy

Usually, in CRE you are investing in a property's potential income stream so you have to be able to analyze the safety and security of that potential return.
