Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales Experience
I am a sophomore undergrad at a semi-target school and I have the opportunity to intern at HFF on their investment securities side, however, I know that commercial real estate would not be the area I hope to get into after graduation. How relevant would this experience be to other areas in buy-side Asset Management like research analyst or equity research? Would this be a better sophomore internship than the typical PWM one?
