Commercial Real Estate Transaction Process
Are there are any valuable resources out there that detail the process of selling commercial real estate? I came across Stein & Fisher's "A Practical Guide to Commercial Real Estate Transactions", but am wondering if any of you can point me to other sources (preferably free or cheap)? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
