anybody care to shed some light on typical RE opcos and how they function? Are most just property management companies? Industrial park operators? Hotels (obvious one, but this is a bit a league of its own). Any insight welcome

He pushed me to be more intentional about how I talk about my experience and gave me concrete steps to prepare for interviews, from tailoring my resume to practicing financial modeling.
