Comp at Family Offices - Development
Does family offices offer promote to their development teams? Seems like lots of family offices hold onto their promotes at the ownership level and only to very senior members. Anyone have experience they can share in receiving long term comp and/or promotes at different levels (junior to senior) within a FO? How did the progress look like?
