We are a small boutique RE private equity company on the west coast. Recently our growth has outpaced our thinking on company culture. Our founders are old school; long days, in the office, available weekends and evenings. What are your experiences on the best environments to excel. Would you trade dollars for flexibility ? How does your company deal with PTO, what is their strategy for retention, what is the pay/bonus structure for your shop for Dir. Finance, Controller, analyst. How does your company measure success?
