Company hires outside consultant for hiring process
Hey guys,
I’m curious if anyone has gone through a hiring v process with an outside consultant that the company has hired. This seems to be different than a recruiter working for your and their benefit. The process so far they’ve asked first round questions like HR round of questions and a 30 minute call as screening, I am assuming the rest of the process is with team members. Does anyone have any insight? Why would a company do this, this is the first time I’ve dealt with this.
