Compensation for D/E Broker
There was an article posted on here a couple months or years ago about a D/E broker who went bankrupt allowing us to look into his compensation and the deal pipeline for the business. Does anybody have that article handy?

Can anyone stipulate on why the fees were so high?
They're listed as debt and equity deals, noting that the equity deals pay more. My understanding for debt deals is that the broker typically gets ~100 bps. My guess is that the deals other than the office portfolio are equity placements.
