Conducting Research on Entity Level Equity and/or Incentive

I'm working on a project for a small CRE firm on associate equity opportunities at the entity (deal) level. I'm looking for individuals who are willing to participate in a 15-20 minute conversation around your experiences with development deals.

Here's the rules:

  1. I cannot divulge the name of my client, and no, they aren't looking to hire right now.

  2. I will keep your company name confidential, but will ask for some demographic information such as private vs public company, company size, years in business, etc.

  3. I will put together a white paper at the end of the project with the information I collect, and you may have a copy of it if you want.

  4. I will be asking for your opinion on how well the plan achieves its objectives, such as retention, building wealth, etc.

If this sounds interesting, please respond via private message.
