Monkeys - we acquire/renovate approximately 2,000 - 3,000 apartment homes per year and are looking to grow our capacity. With projects spread across the Midwest, we're looking for a better system to manage all of our construction projects from the HQ and field level.
To date, we've been using SmartSheet but it has its limitations. We've also looked into HappyCo and are impressed by its functionality, especially the app.
Do you guys have any recommendations for software or an app that helps you organize/manage the construction process?
