Consulting to RE - what modeling courses to take?

Currently in consulting doing strategic finance projects. Been interested in the RE world and want to make the jump soon. What modeling courses should I take that would 1) actually help me do the job and 2) look good on a resume that doesn’t have direct RE experience? What different types of modeling should I be mastering if I go after asset management vs acquisitions? Also in a pt MBA program that has a real estate concentration (firm is sponsoring some of it).

Do you have a background in LBOs of any kind?  Real estate is pretty much the same, the only difference is revenue projections are a bit easier.
