Consulting/Freelance Work Within CRE?
Is anyone here involved with freelance/consulting work for commercial real estate?
Came across Bullpen and they offer fully remote freelance opportunities within the industry that are paying well ($100-120+ /hour). Sounds like they work with all types of including including developers, debt funds, family offices, etc.
Submitted my profile to apply as a freelancer - seems like a decent way to network with interesting companies while earning supplemental income.
