Continuing Education in RE
My company provides reimbursement each year for continuing education classes. What are some I should look into that are real estate specific? For some background, I'm in portfolio management in REPE and have a MBA along with having done Training the Street's valuation course.
What part of RE do you want to learn? It's a pretty wide field. If something interests you, I may be able to help point you in the right direction.
IMO this is a great deal, but not sure how helpful considering your position/experience... https://www.ecornell.com/certificates/real-estate/commercial-real-estat…
I am looking into doing this below to round out my skill set while also looking for some sort of development/construction certificate. https://scs.georgetown.edu/programs/483/certificate-in-legal-concepts-f…
Have you taken the Cornell courses? If you have, would you consider them useful to someone with 2 years acquisitions / 2 years development experience?
No I haven't but I have 6 years of experience and am considering one of these courses.
