Career Resources
Financing requests are usually subummited via fax and will consist of parts of the sales OM from when the property last traded in 2012 and some handwritten calculations written on legal paper. That being said, they do a lot of business, have a lot of good relationships and are well respected on the street.
We once caught them using our book with our logo blocked out with small pieces of paper on black and white scans. Didn’t even bother to edit the text which had our name all of it. Several lender sent it to us to let us know. We had a full exclusive so no idea what they were trying to do but yeah, not very professional.
