Anyone have recs on LP's who can write an 80M check for a portfolio of older manu/industrial buildings, secondary markets, strong tenants, great WALT? Going in yield is great, it's an awesome core+ deal. I don't primarily look at industrial, but this is a good one so trying to make it work.
