Corporate Housing Model
Curious if anyone has experience with the corporate housing model, ala Oakwood. My limited understanding is that these basically operate like long term hotel? Is opex generally same as market rate MF, or are there fundamental differences? Also, is vacancy/occupancy assumption more in line with hotel vs apartments?
