Had a conference call today with a friend who does corporate rental and a debt broker. He made the case that one could get a mortgage based on the Increased CF that corporate/short-term (under 4 months) would generate on a property. Would any RE lender give increase proceeds for a cashout Refi based on the increase CF if they are stable over 2-3 years?
