Corporate Solutions Group...? What do they do?

Hello everyone, First time poster here, long time lurker (reddit refence). Anyways, I came across a broker the other day, and it said he was in the Corporate Solutions Group at colliers. What separates them from other brokers? Anyone have any insight?

Corporate Solutions is a branch of a brokerage/property managment company that is basically a national company's real estate division. Many companies don't want to staff up a real estate division to manage and audit leases, manage properties, etc, etc. Corporate solutions do all of that. Many times the point person for Colliers (sticking with the example) who deals with the client firm on a day to day isn't really a broker in the traditional sense. They are more or less account managers making sure all of the clients needs are dealt with and he/she is the clients' point person when they need more or different services from Colliers. That "account manager" will then dole out assignments as needed to colleagues in Colliers.
