Corporate/Student Housing
Has anyone had experience working with corporate and student housing assets? I've worked on student housing deals unfurnished/furnished, but not much regarding corporate housing for business employees on travel for x amount of months.
For those who have been in this space, would key underwriting differentials primarily just be being factoring in FF&E? Also would like to hear the take on this type of experience in acquisitions/Asset Management and exit ops as I'd believe they would generally tie just into multi-family roles.
