Has anyone really dug in on CoStar's data usage/security of using their lease analysis tool?
Seems like a convenient and quick way to summarize some confidential leases I have as comps and am currently negotiating rather than effectively reformatting in my own excel sheets... but frankly I don't trust these pricks
