Is anyone here willing/able to share about how much they are paying for Costar? I work at a real estate investment firm, and even though Costar data has it's shortcomings I find it very useful. So I was finally given the green light to get pricing, but my boss thinks we're getting a bad deal. So I'm just trying to gauge where the quote we got comes in.

around $1500 / month for 1 computer from what I heard. They are very strict about keeping it in 1 computer so if you're in a small office, which sounds like you're, I'd suggest keeping it on a laptop so multiple people can use it at their own work station
I'm not so sure about $1,500 /month. I've worked at a very small company that only had 1 account and a consulting firm where almost everyone had it. At the consulting firm, we all had national access (you can elect for certain geographic areas for reduced pricing) and I was told it cost $400/month/person.
Thanks, for your responses, I should have specified that we are looking at the national platform. Our rep is pricing it on our square feet owned and not on the number of users. We have about 6 million square feet.
