Could u please give me some help for setting up the different sales breakpoint levels in Argus.
Detail Retail Sales in RR is tenant is in-place, or in MLA if its spec. absorption. Are you asking about different rates based on different sales volumes? If so, there may be a matrix or additional detail key on the right side. If not, I am not sure Argus has the capability, and you may want to code the model you are building around the Argus export.
Under normal circumstances, unless you are UW a single-tenant Walgreens, the overall effect is probably minimal.
