COVID-19 Impact to Healthcare Real Estate

Hi guys. A piece of my job is consulting on/asset managing some senior housing deals, and on the side I am curious about healthcare REITs. In spite of what I understand to be strong long term fundamentals, it seems like everyone is very scared of the healthcare REIT sector right now and it's trading at a serious discount. What are your thoughts on valuations of REITs? What are your thoughts on direct healthcare real estate deals right now? How do you see the industry adapting and changing over the longterm? I'm curious about everything from independent living to nursing homes.
