CPP Investment Board - Real Estate London - Hours/Work life balance/Comp

Would anybody have any info on CPP IB London (or any other location to have an idea) Real Estate group hours/work life balance and while we're here.. comp?

Just wanted to have some insight before I start sending cold emails on Linkedin. I know people at PSP RE in Montreal/London and they have a pretty solid work/life balance from what I've heard with a good comp (Manager and below levels). I'm under the impression that it will be the same for CPP IB, being a huge Canadian pension fund, even though it's in London, that the hours won't be on the REPE mega fund level, which is what I've been dealing with for the last 6 years... I've done my Linkedin research on the current employees and the majority of them, if not all of them, don't have an IB background or a just a top tier REPE experience. Which is a good thing when it comes to work/life balance.
