CRE Analyst Non-Traditional Exit Ops
I know it is typical for CRE analysts to find opportunities on the buyside or with principals. However, I am curious to hear any stories of CRE analysts from major brokerage shops (CBRE, C&W, Eastdil, JLL) exiting to non-traditional roles or startups? Whether that be in different industries or jobs that still have aspects of real estate such as PropTech.
