CRE Brokerage technology and know hows
I'm becoming more and more interested in starting out at a CRE brokerage and think it would be a great place to start out and get to know the industry. I was seeing if there was a specific kind of software or tech that a lot of firms use in brokerage that I could learn.
Also, I wanted to find out what you have to know or be able to do to be a CRE broker in multifamily, office, industrial and retail in each.

Most CRE brokerages use CoStar to gather data and ARGUS for modeling. What interests you in commercial real estate?
