I'm looking to make a transition from the development side to capital markets brokerage. Have 10 years in multi-family development finance, but want new challenges/growth with increased deal flow and more diversity of asset classes and geographies. Also thrive in a competitive, team-oriented environment.
Would probably fit best with a hungry, growth-oriented culture rather than a large established juggernaut (CBRE, JLL, etc.) but am willing to keep an open mind.
Anyone in this space who can supply a primer on whom to look at?
