CRE data from Bloomberg Terminal

I just found out a friend has one and i can get access to it.Does anybody have any experience with a Bloomberg Terminal to access market and Submarket level data? Obviously, it's not RIES or CoStar but is it worth my time?

You can get some CMBS info.

Loan structure, YM, defeasance, collateral, maturity, prepayment window, etc.

Nothing as far as actual market data? I heard something about using it to get Market data taken from REITs as far as specific core and Core+ markets average sales price for specific assets
