CRE Data Systems

My company is looking to subscribe to one of the major data platforms to assist with acquisitions and asset management.

Would appreciate hearing anyone's opinion about any of the following (or others that you've used): - CoStar - RCA - Axio - REIS - CBRE - Reonomy

Thank you

Are you focusing on any particular asset classes or markets? You mention Axio so I'm assuming MF must be on the radar.

Personally, I like REIS for market fundamentals data and RCA for capital markets data. CoStar is good if you need micro detail on leasing or comps (way expensive, but if you need it, you need it).

I wouldn't bother with CBRE. Axio is good for MF if needed (personally, I would go with Yardi Matrix). Reonomy is new, looks promising, never personally used.

You don't mention Green Street Advisors, more famous for their REIT data but playing in market data now.
