CRE Due Diligence
I’ve landed an internship in an acquisition role doing due diligence on office.
I’ve read what’s required to be competent imo but it is my first time doing the real thing.
Any tips from those who are experienced for things they wish they knew when they first started? Or some things that can catch you out if not careful?
