CRE Internship Interview

Hi everyone. I'm a sophomore finance major and I'm currently interviewing at one of the largest privately owned CRE firms for an intern position. Competing for these spots against Juniors/Seniors seems like the largest obstacle and further, from a non target school. Any advice to offer in terms of framing my answers and technique?

"While my chances are low given my classification and coming from a non target school, any advice anyone has to offer?"

my advice is to stop doubting yourself. they can like you especially because you are from a non target. go at it 100%.
