CRE Internships for Sophomore summer
As the title implies, I am looking for an internship to fill my sophomore summer, and ideally want it to be something in the real estate industry. I am learning how to model now but I just want any suggestions about a possible internship route I should try to take to set me up to compete for a junior internship in acquisitions at a reit, repe firm, or even in an REIB setting. I have a 3.8 and from Midwestern semi-target but live on the east coast.
