CRE multifamily investment sales advice
Just starting out doing multifamily investment sales at a smaller CRE investment firm in a mid-sized coastal city in the southeast. Worked the past 10 yrs in corporate finance - 2 of which were at a very well known PERE firm. Just looking for some pointers for new brokers. Obviously I've been told hammer the phones, crank emails, etc.. Does anyone have the inside scoop on some things that really helped accelerate your career on the brokerage side? Would particularly appreciate advice on prospecting/cold calling and how to go about these conversations. Any help would be appreciated - thanks!
