Creating an Aerial Map for an OM
What do you guys use when creating an aerial map to showcase surrounding attractions for an OM? Would appreciate some feedback.

I could be totally off (because I don't work in CRE yet), but I've looked through tons of OMs just to study the industry. It looks like they get drone photos of the locations. I work as a residential broker while in UG and we use drones for the same exact type of photos.

What is the pricing structure on Cartifact, they look awesom. Is it a per/map price or could you do an annual subscription? Thanks.
Per project, not sure the exact price but I know it wasn't extremely cheap.
google maps, street view/satelite view etc
at brokerage we used google earth pro
we use a software called land vision, basically cre version of google earth
I used to use this all the time when I was in development - loved it. So easy to prowl around for opportunities.
Fly an aerial so we have an actual image Then go on google maps to see where everything is then mark the actual image up in indesign
I use Dronebase for all my property specific aerials.
Mark up a Google Earth KMZ file then give it to graphics to do w/e they do in Lightbox.
There are alot of drone rental/Pros. These guys are usually pretty worth it.
