Creative Leasing Strategies

CRE forum,

Does anyone here have creative leasing ideas they've personally used or have seen used? I'm on the Asset Management side of the business and have a handful of laggard assets - suburban office that's been vacant for longer than I'd like to admit. 

Other than hiring a new broker to "freshen things up", what have you seen done? Digital marketing, mailing physical letters, anything?
